Account Executive – Specialty Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Identify, pitch, and establish new specialty retail accounts for Stitch Golf apparel and travel bags across Florida (excluding the Panhandle).

• Develop and oversee a growing portfolio of business with premium men's retailers, ranging from independent boutiques to multi-door specialty chains.

• Showcase the complete apparel and travel collection in person, presenting seasonal lines and enhancing sell-through at retail locations.

• Manage the sales process for the territory: prospecting, presenting, closing deals, reordering, and ensuring account retention.

• Regularly travel within the territory to meet accounts face-to-face and foster strong in-person relationships.

• Represent Stitch Golf at regional trade shows, actively engaging at the booth and generating new account opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Stitch Golf team on seasonal product launches, gathering market feedback, and planning for territory expansion.

• Maintain a thorough understanding of the men's specialty retail environment and competitor brands within the territory.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in apparel, golf, or a similar lifestyle sector.

• Established relationships with men's specialty retailers throughout Florida (excluding the Panhandle) — this is a relationship-driven business, and a head start is essential.

• Demonstrated ability to open new opportunities and expand existing accounts, rather than merely servicing current ones.

• Comfortable and enthusiastic about regular travel throughout the territory.

• Experience at trade shows and a readiness to participate in shows as part of the standard schedule.

• An entrepreneurial spirit — this territory is yours to cultivate into a successful, long-term business.

• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the finesse to represent a premium brand to retail buyers.
