This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create and implement a strategic account plan aimed at reaching revenue goals within the Spanish market.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, demonstrating experience in both inbound and outbound sales activities.
• Your primary focus will be on outbound sales efforts.
• Identify and chase upsell and cross-sell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to customize solutions that resonate with clients.
• Provide insights on market trends, competitor actions, and customer feedback to inform our European expansion strategy.
• Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, opportunities, and activities within the CRM system.
• Represent Hostaway at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and grow our client base.
• Minimum of 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• You possess a results-oriented mindset, being proactive with strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to manage the entire sales cycle effectively.
• Demonstrated success in exceeding sales quotas within a fast-paced growth environment.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Capacity to work independently and adapt in a rapidly changing market.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales automation platforms.
