Account Executive – Social Impact, Fundraising

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Establish and nurture trusted relationships with charities and social impact organizations throughout the UK.

• Comprehend the goals of organizations, their fundraising priorities, and the operational challenges they face.

• Assist clients in recognizing opportunities to enhance income, boost efficiency, and maximize their impact.

• Provide guidance to organizations on Blackbaud's fundraising, grantmaking, and digital engagement solutions.

• Expand and oversee a customer portfolio while seeking out new opportunities for growth.

• Collaborate with internal teams to achieve outstanding customer results.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in charities, fundraising, social impact, partnerships, membership organizations, or a comparable field.

• Proven history of fostering strong stakeholder relationships and influencing decision-making processes.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, with a knack for linking solutions to organizational outcomes.

• Experience in a consultative, relationship-driven, or revenue-generating position.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in stakeholder management.

• Bonus - familiarity with Blackbaud products is advantageous.
