This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Cultivate and oversee an expanding portfolio of new accounts across various industries that are adopting conversational AI to assist ElevenLabs in achieving its revenue objectives.
• Discover new business prospects where the conversational AI capabilities of ElevenLabs can enhance user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency.
• Establish and sustain a comprehensive understanding of the conversational AI landscape, encompassing customer use cases, competitive offerings, and emerging trends.
• Exhibit expertise—or a strong eagerness to learn—about conversational AI and how ElevenLabs’ voice technology can create value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and beyond.
• 4–6 years of sales experience in a SaaS or technology firm, preferably with exposure to AI, generative AI, LLM-based solutions, or API platforms.
• Experience in selling technical solutions to product, engineering, or innovation teams is highly advantageous.
• A demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency or a strong willingness to learn about voice and audio AI and how our solutions can benefit potential clients.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across all levels of an organization.
• A blend of customer and product-focused mentality that emphasizes client satisfaction and scalability.
• Proficiency in English and Dutch, coupled with a deep understanding of regional and cultural nuances.
