This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Lead generation: Identify and cultivate leads in both established and emerging markets through prospecting, cold calling, and networking, all under the supervision of the sales manager.
• Customer needs: Engage in selling techniques to effectively showcase T-Mobile’s value proposition.
• Recommend wireless solutions, such as pricing plans, data services, mobile devices, and accessories.
• Deal negotiation: Facilitate negotiations and successfully close sales deals.
• Skill development: Enhance abilities in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with guidance from leadership.
• Participate in product training sessions and attend sales meetings.
• Sales approaches: Develop innovative sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Sales automation: Leverage sales force automation tools to manage the sales funnel and report on sales activities and forecasts.
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• A minimum of 1 year of verifiable experience in acquiring new customers in a sales role, ideally within a commissioned environment (Preferred)
• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years of age
