This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Quickly acquire knowledge and develop a solid understanding of our platform and its benefits for small and growing Lawn Care companies with 10-49 employees.
• Conduct online demonstrations that engage and inspire stakeholders to imagine a future that fosters growth, efficiency, and digital transformation.
• Take ownership of your territory as if you were the “CEO.” Oversee the sales cycle from lead generation to closing, employing a hunter mindset that balances consistent outbound activities with prompt responses to inbound MQLs.
• Perfect the sales process by performing discovery, scoping, and proof of concept to ensure a smooth experience for potential clients.
• Utilize top-tier tools such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6Sense to manage activities, create accurate forecasts, and establish a reliable pipeline.
• Maintain a results-oriented focus by achieving weekly KPIs (demos booked and held, 3x pipeline) and closing deals weekly to surpass quotas.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently, confidently managing your pipeline, proactively prospecting, leading inspiring demos, and efficiently closing deals.
• Strong communication skills that encompass active listening, strategic negotiation, and consultative selling to connect with and influence stakeholders effectively.
• Exceptional organizational abilities, capable of handling multiple deals simultaneously and managing quick turnarounds seamlessly.
• A positive, can-do attitude with a natural aptitude for building genuine relationships and quickly gaining trust.
• 1-3 years of experience in a closing sales position within the SMB market.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role.
