This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Generate and cultivate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of a sales manager.
• Assess customer requirements and employ solution-oriented selling techniques to illustrate T-Mobile’s value proposition.
• Suggest wireless solutions, which encompass pricing plans, data services, handsets, and accessories.
• Negotiate terms and finalize sales agreements.
• Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with leadership support.
• Engage in product training and attend sales meetings.
• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Use sales force automation tools, oversee the sales funnel, and report on sales activities and projections.
• Maintain and expand the customer base within a designated territory model.
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• Minimum of 1 year of verifiable sales experience in acquiring new customers, preferably in a commissioned setting (Preferred)
• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)
• Task Management Ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that necessitates a high level of multitasking (Required)
• Customer Service Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail (Required)
• Communication Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills (Required)
• Negotiation Proficient negotiating and closing abilities, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills (Required)
• At least 18 years of age
