This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.
• Generate and nurture leads through methods such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of the sales manager.
• Assess customer needs and utilize solution-based selling techniques to showcase T-Mobile’s value proposition.
• Recommend various wireless solutions, including pricing plans, data services, devices, and accessories.
• Negotiate terms and finalize deals.
• Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with the support of leadership.
• Engage in product training sessions and attend sales meetings.
• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.
• Leverage sales force automation tools, manage the sales funnel, and provide reports on sales activities and forecasts.
• Maintain and expand the customer base within a designated territory model.
• High School Diploma/GED (Required)
• 1+ years of documented experience in acquiring new customers through sales, preferably in a commission-based environment (Preferred)
• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)
• Must be at least 18 years old
