Account Executive, SMB Sales

📋 Description

• Generate and pursue leads through methods such as prospecting, cold calling, and networking under the guidance of the sales manager.

• Assess customer requirements and apply solution-based selling techniques to showcase the value of T-Mobile.

• Suggest wireless solutions, encompassing price plans, data services, devices, and accessories.

• Negotiate terms and finalize agreements.

• Enhance skills in prospecting, executing calls, and managing relationships with oversight from leadership.

• Engage in product training and participate in sales meetings.

• Develop effective sales strategies, solutions, and proposals.

• Employ sales force automation tools, oversee the sales funnel, and provide reports on sales activities and forecasts.

• Sustain and expand the customer base within a designated territory model.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)

• Over 1 year of verifiable experience in acquiring new customers, ideally in a commissioned setting (Preferred)

• Experience in outside B2B sales (Preferred)

• Capability to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment that necessitates extensive multi-tasking (Required)

• Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and meticulous attention to detail (Required)

• Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication abilities (Required)

• Proficient negotiating and closing skills, including effective communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving capabilities (Required)

• Minimum age of 18 years
