This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Oversee a designated territory that encompasses target accounts and an existing portfolio of businesses with companies of up to 1,000 employees.
• Focus primarily on discovering new business opportunities, developing a robust sales pipeline, and fostering growth within the SMB sector.
• Responsible for upselling to the current account base while utilizing our Extended Access Management platform.
• Manage a specific geographical region or country within the EMEA market.
• Create and sustain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, inbound leads, cold calling, and networking, applying our structured sales process, MEDDPPICC.
• Meet or exceed sales objectives and KPIs by consistently achieving monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Spot opportunities to upsell 1Password solutions within existing accounts by leveraging your knowledge of Extended Access Management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent 1Password, enhance brand visibility, and network with potential clients.
• A minimum of 2 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in the security sector focusing on SMB or Mid Market accounts OR a high-performing BDR with outbound experience ready to advance.
• Proficient in German, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated experience managing a geographical territory or country within EMEA.
• Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales quotas and KPIs.
• Experience in upselling and cross-selling to new customers as well as within a book of business.
• Strong skills in prospecting, pipeline development, account planning, value-based selling, and territory management, with effective discipline in pipeline management, forecasting, and pacing to targets.
• Business savvy, with skills in solution selling, negotiation, and presenting to company decision-makers/stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities across email and platforms such as Slack and Zoom, with the knack for making technical concepts comprehensible to non-technical audiences.
• Proven capability to grasp and explain complex cybersecurity concepts, particularly in Identity and Access Management.
• Resilient, self-driven, and dedicated to achieving targets while thriving in a remote work environment.
• A collaborative team player, eager to work together to achieve shared objectives rather than working in isolation.
• Inquisitive and receptive to feedback, with a proven ability to adapt and continuously improve.
• Preferred: Familiarity with Salesforce, Slack, Zoom, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
