This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Conduct discovery and onboarding calls to understand client needs.
• Engage with prospects throughout the sales cycle to ensure their requirements are fulfilled.
• Showcase the value of our products and services to potential customers.
• Contribute to improving our sales processes and documentation for both yourself and others.
• Ensure accurate and timely data management in our CRM system to keep our records current.
• Build and maintain lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal teams to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with IT to complete any RFP or security questionnaires as part of the sales process.
• Work collaboratively within and beyond the Sales team to share knowledge, insights, and continuously enhance sales practices.
• Provide feedback from prospects to our product team to guide future developments.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by management that contribute to the sales team’s improvement or the achievement of revenue goals, including, but not limited to, attending events/conferences or facilitating internal training sessions.
• Other duties as required.
• A minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments.
• A self-motivated individual who excels in prospecting, managing pipelines, and closing deals.
• Strong capability to recognize customer pain points and present solutions that address their needs.
• Articulate and persuasive, with the skills to deliver engaging pitches and manage objections effectively.
• Proficient in tools like HubSpot, or equivalent, for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Driven by a desire for excellence with a history of outstanding performance.
• Dedicated to building a successful sales career and seeking growth opportunities.
• Able to thrive in an unstructured environment, taking advantage of the freedom to determine your optimal working style.
• A proactive attitude with a readiness to take initiative and contribute to team objectives.
• A proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
