This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Successfully close a high volume of deals by overseeing opportunities from initial contact to signature within streamlined sales cycles.
β’ Efficiently qualify prospects based on firmographics, use cases, and urgency, advancing suitable deals while disqualifying others promptly.
β’ Conduct concise, repeatable demonstrations and sales discussions focused on immediate value, ease of adoption, and clear next steps.
β’ Manage a substantial pipeline of concurrent opportunities, ensuring responsiveness and momentum across all accounts.
β’ Achieve weekly and monthly activity, pipeline, and revenue targets in a metrics-driven sales environment.
β’ Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, reliable forecasting, and disciplined follow-up in Salesforce.
β’ Provide ongoing insights on SMB objections, competitive trends, and process enhancements to optimize Rampβs velocity sales strategy.
β’ 1-2 years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales within an SMB, transactional, or high-velocity closing role.
β’ Demonstrated ability to consistently close a significant number of small deals monthly (20β30+ deals/month).
β’ Experience selling to founders, owners, and operators at small businesses using straightforward, value-driven messaging.
β’ Ability to remain highly organized while managing multiple active deals simultaneously.
β’ Comfortable working with clear metrics and thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
