This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist the Director of Business Development in meeting revenue and growth objectives.
• Identify and reach out to new potential partners to foster new partnerships.
• Contribute to the expansion of existing partnerships.
• Act as the main point of contact for all onboarding, legal, and setup processes.
• Work in conjunction with the sales team to create customized media plans and proposals.
• Oversee the gathering of creative assets, tracking, and ad verification from clients and agency representatives.
• Manage the creation and oversight of orders.
• Handle insertion orders and ensure adherence to requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to manage all elements necessary for campaign execution.
• Work with internal teams on billing reconciliations.
• Support the sales team in upselling and renewing contracts.
• Preferred experience in Affiliate Marketing, Lead Generation, and Business Development within the SMB sector.
• Outstanding communication and organizational abilities.
• Capability to manage stress effectively while handling multiple account challenges simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
