This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Identifying and cultivating a pipeline of prospects within the mid-market hotel sector (usually 1–10 properties).
• Facilitating organized discovery discussions centered on group sales, events, and operational processes.
• Developing and overseeing opportunities throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Engaging in contract negotiations and finalizing deals.
• Keeping precise records and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Recognizing growth opportunities and coordinating transitions when accounts expand.
• Representing the organization on LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
• Background in hospitality, hotels, or a service-oriented industry is advantageous.
• Proficient in managing several deals at once.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and established sales methodologies.
• Capability to operate independently in a remote setting.
