This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Take full ownership of the sales cycle: qualify, discover, and finalize new SMB clients.
• Actively seek out and engage with dental practices to enhance client acquisition.
• Play a pivotal role in developing Dandy’s Italian sales strategy, messaging, and processes.
• Regularly monitor activity, pipeline, and performance metrics within Salesforce.
• Immerse yourself in the field of dentistry and become knowledgeable about Dandy’s products and value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with senior sales leadership to achieve revenue objectives and improve KPIs.
• Work with a sense of urgency, accountability, and a proactive approach in a dynamic environment.
• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience, including over 2 years in a full-cycle closing role.
• Experience in a high-growth startup or scaling environment is highly desirable.
• Ability to navigate through ambiguity with limited structure and resources.
• Exceptional organizational skills and disciplined management of the sales pipeline.
• High proficiency in Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms.
