This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Swiftly identify the challenges faced by our prospective clients and uncover the optimal sales and marketing solutions tailored for their businesses.
• Consistently achieve new business closures at or above quota levels.
• Cultivate relationships with highly qualified prospects within small and mid-sized enterprises.
• Establish connections with both prospects and internal stakeholders to drive new business growth.
• Collaborate with HubSpot's marketing and technology teams to refine our sales strategy in alignment with the introduction of new features and products.
• Contribute to shaping the future of HubSpot's mission through your insights, ideas, and expertise.
• Candidates must reside in the Republic of Ireland to be eligible for remote opportunities.
• At least 1 year of experience in Closing Sales.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Fluency in any Nordic language or familiarity with Nordic markets is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exceptional consultative selling and closing abilities.
• Proficient in accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
• Proven track record as a high performer (e.g., exceeding quota, President's Club status).
• A determined focus on your objectives and a robust strategy for achieving them.
