Account Executive – Small Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Drive new business initiatives and oversee the complete sales processes to exceed monthly targets.

• Cultivate both inbound and outbound leads to forge new partnerships.

• Create customized strategies and solutions to assist Small Business clients in reaching their goals.

• Offer expert guidance on maximizing HubSpot's platform for business growth.

• Present engaging product demonstrations tailored to the needs of small business decision-makers.

• Work in conjunction with cross-functional teams to enhance our sales strategy in line with new offerings.

• Remain informed about industry trends and best practices to consistently enhance your knowledge and skills.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of outbound SaaS BDR experience or over 1 year of quota-carrying sales experience.

• Proven experience in managing the full sales cycle, preferably with a complex software solution.

• Strong abilities in prospecting, nurturing, and developing new business in outbound sales scenarios.

• Resilient, target-driven, and dedicated to surpassing goals.

• Goal-oriented mindset with the belief that daily, weekly, and monthly efforts will lead to success.

• Outstanding consultative sales skills with a strong track record in closing deals.

• Proficient in accurate forecasting and managing a pipeline with a high volume of leads.

• Passionate about supporting Small Businesses and prioritizing customer solutions.
