Account Executive, Service Specialist – Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Oversee and provide services to key Health Plan accounts

• Foster membership expansion through proactive management of accounts

• Work in conjunction with internal leadership, operations, and administrative teams

• Address client needs and resolve account-related issues

• Manage group renewals, which includes rate submissions and employee meetings

• Sustain relationships with Geisinger Health Plan organizational entities

• Stay updated on trends within the managed care industry

⛳️ Requirements

• Health Insurance License is mandatory

• At least 1 year of experience in Health Insurance/Managed Care

• Minimum of 3 years in Sales experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred

• Strong comprehension of self-funded and fully insured health plans

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills

• Familiarity with Sales Functions, Tasks, and Activities
