This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.
• Take charge of the entire sales process—from prospecting and qualification to demonstrations, negotiations, and closing deals for enterprise accounts throughout the SEA region.
• Establish, manage, and expand a network of channel partners, resellers, and system integrators across SEA to enhance the pipeline and drive co-selling opportunities.
• Create and implement a strategic territory plan for SEA, encompassing account segmentation, partner mapping, and pipeline coverage objectives.
• Meet and consistently achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Represent CloudSEK's product offerings to Chief Information Security Officers (CISOs) and security executives within targeted accounts.
• Work collaboratively with Security Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to cultivate a robust regional pipeline and facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Provide precise forecasting and pipeline updates to sales leadership.
• Stay informed about the competitive landscape, market trends in threat intelligence, and dynamics of the partner ecosystem specific to the SEA region.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing in accordance with company policies, collaborating closely with Legal and Finance departments as necessary.
• 7–12 years of total professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience overseeing the SEA region in a direct sales or account management capacity, preferably within a cybersecurity organization.
• Proven experience in managing and expanding channel and partner relationships across SEA, including resellers, distributors, system integrators, or Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs).
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas in either remote or field sales environments.
• Strong understanding of the enterprise buying process in SEA, particularly in the public sector and Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors where applicable.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote work setting.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; knowledge of additional regional languages (such as Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, etc.) is a significant advantage.
