This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Conduct high-quality discovery calls.
• Engage in discussions with potential clients.
• Pose insightful questions regarding:
• - Growth objectives and marketing operations.
• - Team dynamics.
• - Obstacles.
• - Recruitment history.
• Identify the actual role they require, which may differ from their initial thoughts.
• Assist prospects in moving towards signing engagement agreements.
• Address objections with confidence and composure.
• Create a sense of urgency without being overly aggressive.
• Sustain momentum from initial call through to closing.
• Over 2 years of experience in Account Executive or Account Management positions.
• Familiarity with working alongside marketing teams or agencies.
• Ability to work during US East Coast hours (9am–6pm EST).
• Outstanding communication and persuasive abilities.
• Proficient English language skills.
• Comfortable utilizing Google Sheets.
• All applications must be submitted in English.
