This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.
• Cultivate a robust pipeline of potential clients by utilizing your personal connections and generating new opportunities in the i-gaming, e-sports, and skill gaming industries.
• Oversee the complete sales process, from generating leads to closing deals, ensuring that client requirements are thoroughly addressed.
• Meet and surpass sales objectives through strategic prospecting and a consultative sales approach.
• Establish enduring relationships with vendors, serving as their trusted advisor for Web3 blockchain payment solutions.
• Recognize industry trends and insights to inform strategic planning and sales execution.
• Represent the organization at industry events, forums, and conferences, enhancing visibility and strengthening relationships within the Web3 ecosystem.
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in business development or sales directed at vendors in the i-gaming, e-sports, internet, or skill gaming sectors.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Web3 blockchain payment solutions.
• Strong capability to independently create and manage a sales pipeline.
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and a personal network within i-gaming, e-sports, and related areas.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Preferred: Experience in startups, demonstrating agility, resilience, and innovative thinking.
• Experience engaging with partners in the Web3 field.
• Outstanding post-sales support
