This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
β’ Oversee the entire sales process, which includes prospecting, qualifying leads, and delivering product demonstrations.
β’ Develop and sustain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects to ensure steady achievement of quarterly targets.
β’ Engage with potential clients to identify their challenges and effectively position our solutions.
β’ Lead the negotiation phase and navigate intricate decision-making units to finalize contracts.
β’ Work in conjunction with the marketing and product teams to gather market insights and enhance the sales strategy.
β’ Keep precise records and forecasts within the CRM system.
β’ Demonstrable experience as an Account Executive, particularly in a closing capacity.
β’ Strong closing abilities with a proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
β’ Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, with the skill to engage stakeholders across all levels.
β’ Proficient in managing a sales pipeline and utilizing CRM tools to monitor progress.
β’ High degree of resilience, self-motivation, and a proactive "hunter" mentality.
β’ Capacity to operate independently in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
β’ Background in selling within the SaaS or Technology industries.
β’ Familiarity with contemporary outbound sales tools and automation platforms.
