This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Manage the comprehensive sales process, starting from generating qualified leads to finalizing contracts.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to understand customer workflows, challenges, and content needs.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to specific customer scenarios (e.g., Sales enablement, Customer education, Onboarding, Documentation).
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline within the CRM system, ensuring accurate forecasting and data integrity.
• Collaborate effectively with BDR, Marketing, and Product teams to enhance conversion rates and refine messaging strategies.
• Negotiate pricing, contractual agreements, and commercial terms to secure beneficial deals with potential clients.
• Regularly achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
• 3 to 6 years of proven success in B2B SaaS sales, preferably within mid-market or enterprise segments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently oversee the entire sales cycle from initial discovery through to closing.
• Strong track record of meeting or surpassing revenue objectives.
• Exceptional customer empathy and proficiency in building robust relationships, particularly with mid-market and large enterprise clients.
• Experienced in managing complex enterprise procurement, vendor onboarding, contracting processes, and commercial negotiations.
• Proficient in consultative selling techniques, managing objections, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce, along with disciplined pipeline management and precise forecasting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective client-facing presentations and negotiations.
• Direct experience working with US-based customers.
• Capable of thriving and performing effectively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Prior experience selling AI solutions, productivity tools, or horizontal SaaS products.
• Demonstrated 'AI-first' approach by leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency in prospect research, follow-ups, and CRM updates.
• Knowledge of multi-threaded enterprise sales strategies.
