This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Strategic and operational responsibility for sales within a defined territory, focusing on countries and municipalities.
• Development and implementation of a structured territory plan.
• Independent establishment and management of a robust sales pipeline, including forecasting.
• Acquisition of new clients with an emphasis on outbound activities.
• Strategic advancement of existing accounts with a clear growth focus.
• Management of tender processes in the public sector.
• Establishment and maintenance of sustainable relationships with decision-makers (including C-Level).
• Close, demand-oriented collaboration with Customer Success and Account Management, featuring fluid responsibilities and a strong team spirit.
• Representation of the company on-site with clients, at trade fairs, industry events, and online.
• Several years of experience in sales, ideally within the software sector.
• Proven successes in full sales cycle management and new customer acquisition.
• Experience in the B2G environment or the public sector is desirable.
• Confident demeanor with various stakeholders, including C-Level executives.
• "Builder" mentality with a passion for team collaboration.
• Self-motivated, independent working style with the capability to manage tasks and projects autonomously.
• Native-level German and business-level English proficiency.
