This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take ownership of the complete sales lifecycle and build relationships with a designated group of prospective accounts.
• Generate sales opportunities by researching and pinpointing potential accounts.
• Identify key decision-makers within targeted leads to initiate the sales process and penetrate all designated accounts.
• Collaborate with relevant team members to devise appropriate strategic sales approaches.
• Achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue goals established by company leadership.
• Manage inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and convert them into sales.
• Organize and conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and other sales activities.
• Initiate outbound follow-ups with prospects and existing customers through telephone, web meetings, and email.
• Address objections from prospective customers, highlight product/service features and advantages, provide pricing details, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports.
• Offer visibility to leadership through forecast calls, deal reviews, and periodic opportunity updates throughout the quarter.
• Participate in regular sales training to stay informed about the latest product features and roadmap.
• Support marketing initiatives as needed, including trade shows, exhibits, and other events.
• 4-8 years of direct experience in a sales or telesales role, particularly in the US market.
• Willingness and capability to align with US time zones and prospect base - night shift required.
• Experience in selling B2B SaaS within the CRM or AI/ML domains.
• Proven ability to convert prospects, close deals, and meet sales quotas.
• Strong background in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control, account development, and time management.
• Success in qualifying opportunities involving multiple key decision-makers.
• Comprehensive knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
• Excellent skills in problem identification and objection resolution.
• Capable of building and sustaining long-term customer relationships.
• Outstanding verbal communication and presentation abilities, coupled with excellent listening and written communication skills.
• Self-driven with high energy and an engaging enthusiasm.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic.
