
Account Executive – Remote SaaS Sales

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You develop strategies for efficient lead generation, accelerated conversion, and targeted upselling with current customers.
• You are actively engaged in operational sales — from initiating cold outreach to conducting video-call demonstrations and finalizing deals.
• You manage inbound inquiries from leads across various channels and successfully close them.
• You create and execute campaigns aimed at targeted lead acquisition.
• You compile and present a detailed analysis of competitors and the overall market to the team.
• You represent viind at relevant trade shows and events, either independently or alongside the team.
• You utilize HubSpot as the primary CRM tool and ensure all information is maintained there.
• You frequently revise sales forecasts based on current trends.
• You collaborate closely with Mishal (Head of Sales) to continually refine our strategies.
• You play a pivotal role in assisting viind in advancing Germany’s digitalization and contributing to our sustainable sales success.
• You are a genuine team player who can inspire others with your enthusiasm.
• You possess a keen understanding of people and a confident grasp of numerical data.
• You have substantial experience in sales and sales management.
• Even in the often slow-paced B2G environment, you maintain patience, motivate your team, and consistently advance initiatives.
• You know how to evaluate, challenge, and inspire others.
• You are fluent in German — both in writing and speaking.
• You provide your team with structure and clarity through effective communication and transparent expectations.
• You are an active contributor, offering your own ideas and seeking solutions rather than placing blame.
• You confidently express your opinions and value constructive discussions.
• You foster a positive team atmosphere and are valued for your honest, direct, and constructive approach.
• You are prepared to be the primary contact for all sales activities and elevate our sales scaling to new heights.
• Nice to have — not mandatory: experience in the B2G sector and prior engagement with public authorities.
• You already possess significant experience in selling SaaS products.
• You are well-versed in the intricacies and customization capabilities of HubSpot.
