This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Collaborate with Business Development resources to create strategic prospecting plans.
• Identify and focus on ideal enterprise customers within your designated region.
• Develop and implement territory and account-based sales strategies in partnership with Sales Leadership.
• Drive successful enterprise sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Oversee pricing discussions and contract negotiations in collaboration with Varicent leadership and clients.
• Cultivate robust relationships with executive-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Maintain a high-performing sales pipeline while consistently fostering revenue growth.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
• 5+ years of proven success in a quota-carrying role selling enterprise SaaS or software solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to build strategic relationships with C-level executives and enterprise stakeholders.
• Confidence in managing high-volume pipelines within dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• A keen interest in ICM, CRM, and the broader SaaS technology landscape.
• Strong curiosity and a willingness to quickly gain expertise in Sales Performance Management.
• An entrepreneurial mindset, resilience, determination, and strong customer-centric sales skills.
