This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Identify and onboard high-value publishers within your designated region
• Establish and nurture relationships with publisher owners, monetization teams, ad operations teams, and programmatic decision-makers
• Spearhead outbound prospecting, discovery calls, partnership negotiations, and commercial discussions
• Educate publishers about the advantages of our SSP, direct demand relationships, and monetization capabilities
• Collaborate closely with account management, ad operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and successful launches
• Oversee onboarding timelines and maintain partner communication throughout the integration process
• Ensure precise pipeline management and CRM tracking
• Foster long-term publisher relationships aimed at enhancing revenue performance and retention
• Represent the COOL company within your regional programmatic ecosystem
• 1+ years of experience in publisher development, SSP partnerships, programmatic advertising, or ad tech business development
• Strong understanding of SSPs, header bidding, Prebid, and publisher monetization strategies
• Preferred existing relationships within local publisher and ad tech ecosystems
• Highly preferred experience in onboarding or managing publisher partnerships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Comfortable engaging in both commercial and technical discussions
• Proven track record of closing and expanding publisher partnerships
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Autonomy and creativity to take ownership of your role
• Open feedback culture that promotes real-time creation and iterative improvements
