This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and connect with potential clients to create new business opportunities.
• Implement a consultative sales strategy to qualify leads, showcase Tebra’s Practice Solutions, and secure new business.
• Manage and prioritize an active pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-up and timely progression toward closing deals.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and internal teams to synchronize sales efforts and guarantee efficient lead handling, conversion, and win rates.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales goals, contributing to the overall success of the outbound sales team.
• Comprehend the specific needs of each prospect, positioning Tebra’s solutions as a reliable partner to address challenges and deliver value.
• Keep precise and current records in Salesforce (or HubSpot), monitoring prospect interactions and progress throughout the sales cycle.
• Work together with colleagues, sharing insights, strategies, and best practices to enhance team performance and collective success.
• 3 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in a high-velocity SaaS, healthcare, or technology-related setting.
• Demonstrated success in outbound sales, with experience in prospecting, cold calling, and closing deals.
• Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and pipeline management.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, capable of building rapport and trust with prospective clients.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales engagement tools, particularly Salesforce and Outreach.
• A self-motivated individual with a growth mindset and enthusiasm for learning and improvement.
