This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of and achieve set revenue targets by leading comprehensive sales execution within a specified territory or a portfolio of designated accounts, ensuring accountability for pipeline health, deal strategy, and successful closed deals.
• Create and implement strategic account and territory plans based on whitespace analysis, customer segmentation, insights from wins and losses, as well as opportunities for both near- and long-term growth.
• Foster and enhance executive-level relationships by customizing engagement strategies that address clinical, operational, and financial stakeholders, shifting discussions from feature-based dialogues to strategic and transformational value propositions.
• Manage intricate, consultative sales engagements by uncovering both explicit and implicit customer needs, aligning PointClickCare solutions with significant challenges, and promoting ROI- and outcome-focused selling that aligns with customer business models.
• Structure and negotiate sophisticated deals within established commercial frameworks by effectively communicating pricing models, business cases, and trade-offs, navigating procurement and legal processes as necessary, while balancing customer value and company goals.
• Utilize authorized AI-driven tools to enhance productivity, prioritization, and outcome quality, validating AI-generated results, ensuring data accuracy, and adhering to governance standards.
• Proven track record of independently managing and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales opportunities.
• Exceptional consultative selling skills, encompassing discovery, objection handling, storytelling, and the development of business cases.
• Capability to formulate and implement strategic account plans within a designated territory or portfolio.
• Strong collaboration and influencing abilities to coordinate cross-functional partners in support of customer outcomes.
