This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Lead consultative sales discussions with pharmaceutical stakeholders regarding: omnichannel engagement, modular content, digital content operations, CRM, and customer engagement ecosystems, as well as AI-enabled commercial workflows.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to assist clients in identifying operational inefficiencies, gaps in their ecosystems, and scalable engagement opportunities.
• Convert client transformation challenges into structured solution proposals that demonstrate measurable business impact.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle - from qualification through negotiation to contract signing - for both enterprise and mid-market pharmaceutical clients.
• Manage a designated set of strategic accounts and new business objectives, ensuring consistent pipeline generation and progression.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Management (CSM) and Delivery teams to develop and implement account growth strategies.
• Enhance the adoption of scalable and retained offerings (for instance, platforms, licenses, and packaged services).
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in commercial, omnichannel, marketing, digital excellence, IT, procurement, and medical sectors.
• Facilitate discovery sessions that address not only business requirements but also the operational and organizational realities within pharmaceutical companies.
• Represent Viseven at pharmaceutical industry events, roundtables, and discussions focused on transformation.
• Work together with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Delivery teams to ensure coordinated outreach and accurate project scoping.
• Contribute to the development of proposals, participate in Requests for Proposals (RFPs), assist with pricing strategies, and refine go-to-market approaches.
• Share market insights and omnichannel trends to shape internal strategy and portfolio positioning.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical omnichannel or digital engagement roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in consultative B2B sales.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in account management.
• Over 3 years of experience in commercial excellence.
• At least 3 years of experience in customer engagement transformation.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial operations and omnichannel engagement models.
• Capability to navigate complex stakeholder environments and decision-making structures within pharmaceutical organizations.
• Excellent command of English (C1+) and a native/fluent proficiency in Polish (C1+).
