This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Lead consultative sales discussions with pharmaceutical stakeholders concerning: omnichannel engagement, modular content, digital content operations, CRM, and customer engagement ecosystems, as well as AI-driven commercial workflows.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to assist clients in pinpointing operational inefficiencies, ecosystem voids, and scalable engagement prospects.
• Manage the entire sales process - from initial qualification to negotiation and contract finalization - for both enterprise and mid-market pharmaceutical clients.
• Oversee a designated set of strategic accounts and new business objectives, ensuring steady pipeline generation and advancement.
• Formulate and implement account growth strategies in partnership with Customer Success Management (CSM) and Delivery teams.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders in commercial, omnichannel, marketing, digital excellence, IT, procurement, and medical fields.
• Represent Viseven at pharmaceutical industry events, roundtables, and discussions focused on transformation.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Marketing, Partnerships, Product, and Delivery teams to guarantee coordinated outreach and precise scoping.
• 3+ years of experience in:
• pharmaceutical omnichannel/digital engagement roles
• consultative B2B sales
• account management
• commercial excellence
• customer engagement transformation
• Strong comprehension of pharmaceutical commercial operations and omnichannel engagement frameworks
• Capability to navigate intricate stakeholder environments and decision-making processes within pharmaceutical organizations
• Excellent proficiency in English (C1+), Native/Fluent (C1+) level of Polish language
