This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the client’s business operations.
• Keep the account team updated on important business and category developments, providing relevant insights and implications.
• Draft initial versions of account-related documentation, including scope documents, briefs, statements of work, agendas, and presentations.
• Assist Account Leadership in organizing client meetings by developing agendas, creating slides, and coordinating meeting logistics.
• Ensure accurate follow-up on meeting agreements, producing detailed call notes when necessary.
• Review project and job materials during routing to maintain brand consistency and quality, including the Med/Reg/Legal review process.
• Proactively anticipate and address the needs of the account team and/or client.
• Establish rapport with clients and be recognized as the go-to person for basic client inquiries.
• Engage in conference calls with clients and vendor partners.
• 1-2 years of relevant industry experience; experience in an advertising agency is preferred.
• Internship experience related to the industry is a plus.
• Proficient in business software (MS Office) and online tools.
• Strong multi-tasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent writing skills.
• Capability to thrive in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates effective prioritization and time management skills.
• Highly motivated with a willingness to learn and a strong sense of accountability for delivering quality work.
• Exhibits natural curiosity and a desire to comprehend the business, customer insights, multichannel marketing, and various platforms.
• Resourceful and capable of independently and proactively resolving issues.
• Ability to communicate clearly and logically in both written and oral formats.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, particularly with team members across multiple locations.
• Builds trust and cultivates relationships with agency staff, partners, and client contacts.
