This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Provide daily assistance for a client's partnership portfolio within professional sports, NCAA, and various venues.
• Oversee a portfolio of sports partnerships, including teams, venues, conferences, and leagues.
• Implement partnership elements efficiently.
• Assess performance and refine partnership strategies accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with clients, internal teams, and external partners to enhance the effectiveness of sponsorship investments.
• Foster significant fan engagement.
• Minimum of 2 years of pertinent experience in sports sponsorship strategy, partnership marketing, or account management.
• Strong comprehension of the sports business landscape, encompassing leagues, conferences, teams, venues, fans, and sponsors.
• Possess an analytical mindset.
• Comfortable with data interpretation.
• Excellent client-facing communication skills.
• Capability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, properties, agency teams, and third-party vendors.
• Preferred experience in partnership functions, including activation strategy, measurement frameworks, portfolio strategy, and contract negotiation.
• Availability to work outside of standard business hours as necessary.
• Willingness to travel as required, including occasional weekends to assist with partnership management.
