This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Take ownership and implement a business sales strategy for current clients across various sectors.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline through proactive value-driven selling initiatives, marketing strategies, and relationship building with senior decision-makers.
• Promote CallMiner Omni Agent as a unique AI-powered solution, clearly articulating its business value and return on investment (ROI).
• Manage the entire sales automation cycle—from initial discovery and qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Keep abreast of market trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies in the AI agent automation field.
• Work collaboratively with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create engaging tailored demos, proposals, and value narratives specific to customers.
• Represent CallMiner at industry events, conferences, and partner interactions to enhance brand visibility and create new business opportunities.
• Ensure accurate forecasting, maintain pipeline integrity, and uphold CRM standards.
• In-depth knowledge of the AI agent landscape, including major competitors, market trends, and buyer priorities and processes.
• Strong consultative sales capabilities with the skill to identify pain points, develop persuasive business cases, and influence senior stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a passion for building initiatives rather than just maintaining them.
