This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives that effectively meet business goals.
• Manage the complete business development and sales process from the initial presentation through to deal closure.
• Forecast anticipated sales volume and profitability for both existing and new products.
• Foster and sustain strong relationships with key clients, including the negotiation and finalization of significant contracts.
• Offer strategic guidance and direction for market navigation.
• Create a comprehensive regional market plan addressing the total addressable market and penetration for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams and product owners to deliver market insights and feedback.
• Establish and maintain a measurable and qualified sales pipeline while achieving and surpassing Bookings targets in the designated region.
• Regularly engage with customers to showcase Harrison.ai capabilities, gather feedback, and assess progress towards objectives.
• Partner closely with the leadership team in the assigned region to formulate plans and monthly metrics for sales performance.
• Assist the Regional Director in crafting a documented strategy and plan for marketing and sales in the region.
• Ensure accurate opportunity tracking within Salesforce Sales Cloud, including products, pricing, status, and timelines. Create, update, review, and advance opportunities to guarantee precision in sales forecasting against quarterly goals.
• Provide activity reports or participate in regional sales calls with the Regional Director to discuss regional sales activities. Generate sales proposals and customer quotations through the designated Harrison.ai processes.
• Collaborate with local teams to design trade show messaging and ensure proper attendance and feedback from the industry and customers.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales targeting public sectors, healthcare networks, and radiology services.
• Background in radiology, PACS systems, imaging analytics, and relevant clinical expertise.
• Familiarity and experience with procurement channels.
• Proven track record in managing the complete Business Development and sales cycle from initial presentation to deal closure.
• Professional demeanor in customer interactions, including excellent listening skills, the ability to ask probing questions, build consensus, and advance opportunities.
• Strong ethical standards and experience within a structured/regulated sales environment.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• This role requires frequent travel across the region (up to 50%). We are looking for candidates who are open to regular travel, rapid deployment to client sites, or short-notice travel requirements.
