This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Belgium.
• Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing initiatives that effectively meet business goals.
• Manage the complete business development and sales process from the initial presentation to closing deals.
• Forecast anticipated sales volume and profitability for both existing and new product lines.
• Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with key clients, including the negotiation and finalization of major contracts.
• Offer strategic insights and guidance for market navigation.
• Create a comprehensive regional market strategy addressing the total addressable market and penetration for AI solutions.
• Collaborate with product teams and product owners to provide market insights and feedback.
• Establish and uphold a measurable and qualified sales pipeline, consistently meeting or surpassing bookings targets within the designated region.
• Regularly engage with customers to showcase Harrison.ai's capabilities, gather feedback, and assess progress towards objectives.
• Partner closely with the leadership team in the assigned region to formulate strategies and monthly sales performance measures.
• Assist the Regional Director in formulating a documented strategy and marketing plan for the region.
• Keep accurate opportunity records in Salesforce Sales Cloud, including details on products, pricing, status, and timelines. Create, update, review, and progress opportunities to ensure precise sales forecasting against quarterly objectives.
• Provide activity reports or participate in regional sales calls with the Regional Director to discuss regional sales activities and generate sales proposals and customer quotes through the appropriate Harrison.ai processes.
• Collaborate with local teams to craft trade show messaging and ensure adequate attendance and feedback from the industry and customers.
• 5-10 years of experience in sales within public sectors, healthcare networks, and radiology services.
• Background in radiology, PACS systems, imaging analytics, and relevant clinical expertise.
• Understanding of and experience with procurement channels.
• Proven track record in executing the entire business development and sales cycle from initial presentations to deal closures.
• Customer-facing professionalism, including strong listening skills, the ability to ask insightful questions, build consensus, and advance opportunities.
• Ethical conduct and experience in a structured or regulated sales environment.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• This position requires frequent travel across the region (up to 50%). We are looking for candidates who are willing to travel often, deploy rapidly to client sites, or accommodate short-notice travel needs.
