This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of and achieve annual sales objectives within a designated North America territory, fully responsible for generating net-new revenue and fostering account growth.
• Create and implement strategic territory and account plans aimed at broadening the customer base and enhancing pipeline development.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial prospecting to closing, maintaining control and momentum through intricate, multi-stakeholder transactions.
• Collaborate closely with Business Development and Marketing to ensure alignment on target accounts, messaging, and outbound strategies; actively engage in outreach and conduct meetings.
• Spearhead discovery, qualification, and solution positioning with executive stakeholders, setting clear objectives and effectively advancing opportunities.
• Organize and present customized solution demonstrations, including functional overviews and coordinated in-depth discussions with subject matter experts as necessary.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, customer success, and professional services to align on customer requirements and ensure successful deal execution.
• Collaborate with professional services to outline scope, success criteria, and delivery expectations for customer engagements.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s solutions, services, and competitive positioning, clearly articulating key market differentiators.
• Travel as required to support both team and individual objectives.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a quota-carrying, outbound sales position within the SaaS or manufacturing technology sectors, with a strong focus on acquiring net-new logos.
• Proven track record of consistently surpassing sales quotas and delivering reliable, high-quality results in enterprise sales settings.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving solutions that cross various business functions.
• Strong skills in executive-level discovery and qualification, with the capability to align solutions to strategic business priorities.
• Advanced skills in pipeline generation and management, with high accuracy in forecasting and disciplined CRM usage.
• Formal training or certification in a recognized sales methodology (e.g., value-based, consultative, or solution selling) with consistent application in practice.
• Highly self-motivated and accountable, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth environments that require resilience, adaptability, and ownership of results.
• Experience selling to the Manufacturing, Wholesale, or Distribution sectors.
