This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• Oversee and enhance key customer accounts, focusing on rapidly growing sectors such as technology, logistics, and fintech.
• Formulate, implement, and execute account strategies to consistently achieve strong revenue, gross margin, and profit outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with various Twilio teams to uncover new revenue potentials within your portfolio of accounts.
• Participate in a cross-functional account team that includes members from product, finance, support, and services departments.
• Maintain a disciplined forecasting process, consistently meet targets, and provide insights to executive management.
• Conduct highly consultative sales processes with our largest clients, emphasizing thorough discovery, understanding customer needs, and effectively advocating for their perspectives within the organization.
• Over 4 years of combined experience in acquiring new business accounts or strategic sales, managing or leading quantitative, highly analytical products and solutions for clients.
• Responsible for relationship management, cross-selling, upselling, and solutions consulting.
• Comfortable engaging with both business and highly technical leaders, while influencing their understanding and fostering supportive partnerships.
• Analytical account development strategy that leverages data to identify opportunities and demonstrate value.
• Proven experience in managing business forecasts and financial modeling.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to establish processes and develop programs.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience.
