This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Meet and exceed sales objectives and targets for the designated territory on both a quarterly and annual basis by:
• Identifying and qualifying new leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and events.
• Building a sales pipeline from a new territory focused on German commercial prospects in the mid to high-end market.
• Conducting discovery calls to gain insights into client needs and challenges.
• Collaborating with your Solution Consultant to present and demonstrate SaaS solutions to potential clients.
• Partnering with BDRs and Marketing teams to produce leads and establish a quality pipeline.
• Professionally representing Nexthink at company events.
• Keeping accurate forecasts in the CRM system.
• Managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Surpassing monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Creating a territory with a targeted prospect list and a strategic sales plan.
• 1-3 years of demonstrated success in new business sales with a record of meeting quotas.
• Previous experience in new business sales within software or solution sales organizations.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
• Enjoyment of working in a target and reward-driven atmosphere.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or other SaaS-aligned sales methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency in both English and German.
