This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
⢠Identify and seek out new clients within law firms, corporate legal departments, and organizations focused on litigation.
⢠Generate demand and cultivate a strong pipeline of new sales opportunities.
⢠Oversee the complete sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
⢠Conduct consultative discovery sessions to grasp client litigation workflows and requirements.
⢠Provide customized demonstrations of CaseMap and related products.
⢠Develop persuasive business cases that align solutions with client outcomes.
⢠Navigate intricate buying processes involving multiple stakeholders.
⢠Achieve or surpass new business revenue goals.
⢠Experience in legal technology sales or in litigation roles such as litigation manager, senior litigation paralegal, litigation case manager, litigation support manager, or trial support professional.
⢠Knowledge of complex litigation workflows and procedures.
⢠Ability to engage effectively with attorneys, litigation support teams, and legal operations stakeholders.
⢠Familiarity with CaseMap, TimeMap, TextMap, Sanction, eDiscovery platforms, or similar legal SaaS solutions.
⢠Strong skills in prospecting and developing a sales pipeline.
⢠Capability to provide consultative, solution-focused sales experiences.
⢠Resilience, proactivity, and a results-oriented mindset.
