This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Achieve and surpass sales targets set by management for the assigned territory.
• Exhibit a comprehensive understanding of the CooperVision Myopia portfolio (MiSight and Paragon CRT) and apply professional selling techniques and technical expertise to increase market share.
• Utilize sales, marketing, and educational resources effectively to ensure acceptance among practitioners.
• Use industry knowledge, competitive insights, and product knowledge to satisfy and exceed customer requirements.
• Show awareness of customer needs, priorities, and practice dynamics.
• Tasked with developing and implementing a successful call cycle and territory business strategy.
• Conduct regular analysis of key metrics to support necessary adjustments to the growth strategy.
• Committed to addressing customer needs promptly and accurately, responding to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Responsible for the integration and training on the CooperVision Myopia suite of technologies and value-added products to improve customer experience.
• Participate in state, regional, and national optical exhibitions as needed, including on weekends.
• Submit all administrative reports punctually, including but not limited to CRM call reports, expense reports, and territory assessments.
• Recognize the demand for value-added tools and collaborate with relevant departments to create practice management resources for eye care practitioners.
• At least 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record of success.
• Experience in medical device or contact lens sales is essential.
• Familiarity with both the contact lens and optical industries is highly advantageous.
• A bachelor’s degree is required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Preferred certifications include NCLE, CLSA, ABO, COA, and COT.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Regularly utilize CRM systems to log customer interactions and analyze product performance, account sales, and overall territory growth.
• Excellent organizational abilities and territory management skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and engage in constructive team collaboration while building strong relationships.
• Anticipate, comprehend, and prioritize to effectively meet customer needs.
• Adaptable to a dynamic work environment involving various scenarios, individuals, and groups.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Communicate effectively with strong verbal, written, and reading skills.
• Capable of interfacing with other departments.
• Plan and deliver internal and external presentations to customer groups of varying sizes.
• Proven knowledge of the contact lens market and the CooperVision Myopia product range.
