This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Drives sales performance and maximizes revenue by engaging with retailers and executing targeted sales initiatives within the designated territory.

• Establishes strong relationships with retail partners to boost brand visibility and customer activation for T-Mobile prepaid brands.

• Offers sales training and support to store personnel to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.

• Guarantees optimal merchandising and inventory levels by overseeing store displays and coordinating with retail partners.

• Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to address issues and enhance market outcomes.

• Evaluates sales data and generates regular reports to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.

• Tackles problems and addresses challenges by proactively recognizing and implementing solutions within the retail environment.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a Related Field (Preferred)

• Associate's Degree in Business, Sales, or a Related Field (Preferred)

• High School Diploma/GED in General Studies (Required)

• 2-4 years of Sales experience in an acquisition role, including developing and managing relationships with retailers or channel partners (Required)

• 2-4 years of experience in implementing sales training and merchandising initiatives to enhance product visibility and customer activation in a retail setting (Required)

• 2-4 years of experience collaborating with internal and external partners to resolve issues, optimize inventory levels, and improve market outcomes (Required)
