This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +1 more state.
• Collaborate with Zone Directors to devise a calling strategy aimed at optimizing territory coverage and boosting sales.
• Identify and engage new customers and establish relationships within health systems, hospitals, and private outpatient markets to promote equipment and service contracts.
• Cultivate and sustain a strong working relationship with current customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services, while also cross-selling additional products and options.
• Build relationships and execute hospital selling strategies and tactics with individual health systems, hospitals, imaging centers, IDNs, GPOs, and more.
• Partner with Sales Operations to generate quotes for new equipment and option sales.
• Collaborate with Product Specialists to deliver product demonstrations and clinical presentations to both prospective and existing customers.
• Work alongside the Marketing Department to create business plans and market assessments for presentation to current and potential customers.
• Continuously enhance product knowledge and technical skills related to Fujifilm products and services.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback regarding competitive products, pricing, and evolving market trends.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all account contacts and activities for active accounts and prospects using the Salesforce/CRM reporting system, in conjunction with the Field Sales Coordinator.
• Assist as needed with account receivables, renewing service contracts, and resolving product performance issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments.
• Attend RSNA and other local industry trade shows and conventions to generate sales leads and build new relationships.
• Adhere to all relevant U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) medical device regulatory requirements, applicable ISO 13485 standards, and other pertinent laws and regulations.
• Meet and pass all vendor credentialing requirements necessary for gaining access to hospitals and facilities to perform assigned duties.
• A minimum of 4 years of sales experience is preferred.
• A BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, Life Sciences, or a related field is required.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned geographic territory.
• A valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Strong capability to sell products based on customer needs; exceptional sales presentation skills; adept at overcoming customer objections and concerns.
• Quick learner of new products and services.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels, including C-Level executives, Radiology Managers, Radiologists, and Technicians, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to develop long-term business relationships; strong listening skills; capable of interacting with other departments to support customer servicing.
• Skilled in structuring sales that align with customer requirements, including product specifications and pricing; able to resolve issues efficiently and comprehensively.
• Proficient in managing and executing multiple projects simultaneously; effective at organizing work, self, and supporting staff as required.
• Strong desire to succeed; ability to collaborate with support staff to foster teamwork and enhance customer service.
• Competent in monitoring and maintaining necessary reports, including call tracking, order tracking, and reporting on business-related expenses.
