This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Create and execute strategic Account and Territory plans aimed at maximizing growth opportunities across a diverse range of products while ensuring exceptional customer success.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies to stimulate revenue growth within the mid-market segment.
• Identify and qualify leads within the designated mid-market customer sector.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with mid-market clients, comprehending their business requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the value proposition to assigned clients within your Territory.
• Collaborate with internal teams, Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to optimize sales processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities within the mid-market segment.
• Occasionally travel to meet clients, participate in industry events, conferences, and gatherings as required.
• Proficient in English and Spanish.
• Significant experience in quota-carrying SaaS sales as an Account Executive.
• Expertise in the Southern European market.
• Background in Enterprise software sales, driving transformational deals.
• Experience in expanding Mid-Enterprise accounts through cross-selling and upselling, as well as solution selling across multiple SKUs and platform solutions.
• Skilled in aligning and orchestrating internal account teams.
• Experience in a co-selling environment with a channel of solution partners.
• Proven history of achieving or surpassing performance targets.
• Positively contributes to the overall team culture in a meaningful way.
