
Account Executive – Mid-Market DACH

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Create and execute strategic account or territory plans aimed at maximizing growth opportunities across a diverse range of products while ensuring exceptional customer success.
• Collaborate with colleagues in the channel sales team to devise sales strategies for assigned territories or named accounts.
• Identify and qualify leads within the specified mid-market customer segment.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to illustrate the value proposition to prospective clients.
• Work in partnership with internal teams, Channel Partners, Product Specialists, Account Managers, and Solution Engineers to optimize sales processes and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Provide management with regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates.
• Occasionally travel to meet clients and participate in industry events, conferences, and team meetings as necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of quota-carrying sales experience in a closing position.
• Proven experience in mid-market software sales, driving significant transformational deals.
• Track record of growing mid-market accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
• A customer-focused approach to sales.
• Experience in creating alignment and coordinating internal account teams.
• Preference for candidates with experience in the DACH region.
• Bilingual proficiency in both German and English is essential.
