This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Cultivate and manage a specific list of accounts.
• Create a territory strategy focused on securing business from potential clients.
• Oversee the customer purchasing process from beginning to end, offering expertise and guidance to potential customers.
• Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales goals.
• Continuously build a strong sales pipeline through personal outreach, collaborating with your sales development representative, and managing incoming prospects.
• Maintain the CRM system with up-to-date customer details, forecasts, and pipeline metrics to enhance our understanding of the business and sales process.
• Located in the CEE & Baltics region.
• Over 5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year focused on the Mid-Market segment.
• Demonstrated success in developing a new territory, executing the complete sales cycle, and acquiring new clients.
• Experience working within cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
• Eagerness to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and take on greater responsibilities.
• Fluent in English and one of the Central and Eastern European languages.
• Significant experience managing B2B clients and growing the business presence in Central and Eastern European countries.
