This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
β’ Develop and finalize a robust pipeline of mid-market opportunities.
β’ Conduct high-quality discovery sessions and demonstrations that address genuine customer challenges.
β’ Consistently meet and surpass revenue and pipeline objectives.
β’ Establish connections with Legal Ops leaders, General Counsel, and Heads of Legal.
β’ Collaborate closely with Product and Marketing to refine messaging and enhance conversion rates.
β’ Keep an organized pipeline and accurate forecasts β your CRM serves as your primary operating system.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the mid-market sector.
β’ Proven history of meeting quotas and successfully closing deals (approximately $50k ACV).
β’ Proficient in discovery, demonstrations, and value-driven selling techniques.
β’ Comfortable engaging with complex organizations and senior-level stakeholders.
β’ High level of ownership β you assume responsibility for results, not just activities.
β’ Well-organized, consistent, and dependable with a strong ability to follow through.
β’ Equity: Stock options with significant potential for growth.
β’ Market: Strong demand coupled with engaged buyers.
β’ Sales cycle: 3β6 months involving a blend of inbound and outbound strategies.
β’ Support: Dedicated SDR, Marketing, and Product teams collaborating closely with Sales.
β’ Progression: Clear advancement opportunities towards Enterprise AE or Sales Leadership roles.
