This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery to closing.
• Generate new business opportunities within mid-market accounts in your designated territory.
• Develop and oversee a robust sales pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and incoming leads.
• Conduct effective discovery discussions and convert customer requirements into concrete solutions.
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders involved in each deal, including top-level decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations on pricing and commercial terms to secure high-quality agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate CRM data while ensuring clear forecasting and pipeline tracking.
• Provide market and customer insights to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance our sales approach, learning, and team growth.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 2 years in SaaS.
• Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales objectives.
• Experience managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Strong skills in discovery and solution-oriented selling.
• Ability to handle multiple deals and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Experience in negotiating commercial agreements and pricing structures.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adept at thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
