This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Achieve outstanding results: Surpass your goals while maintaining the enthusiasm and focus necessary to succeed.
• Develop and oversee your pipeline: Identify, evaluate, and prioritize opportunities that significantly impact performance.
• Collaborate and mentor: Work alongside a Business Development Representative in your area to generate opportunities and share effective strategies.
• Understand your customers: Identify their challenges and customize Euna solutions that deliver measurable results.
• Differentiate with intent: Articulate the Euna narrative with confidence—why we exist, what problems we solve, and how we provide value.
• Take ownership of the process: From RFPs to closing, you will lead the deal with accuracy, clear communication, and a sense of urgency.
• Represent Euna in the industry: Participate actively in conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
• Utilize your tools effectively: Organize, monitor, and execute tasks in Salesforce—taking full responsibility for your time, data, and outcomes.
• A strategic seller with 3-5 years of demonstrated success in B2B SaaS or Public Sector sales.
• Confident in managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals within municipal or government environments.
• Comfortable promoting software that facilitates operational transformation.
• An excellent communicator—equally adept with C-level executives and technical teams.
• Self-motivated, organized, and willing to take responsibility for outcomes.
• Passionate about learning, growth, and improvement—both personally and for your customers.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Proven history of exceeding sales quotas in long-cycle deals.
• Strong collaborative abilities—particularly with BDRs, Solution Engineers, and RFP teams.
• Familiarity with procurement processes (additional points for this experience).
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
